UPDATE.
Mr Yap Cher Boon, Desmond has just won a wager ' Who Shall Get Hitched First' with Mr Chan Yong Heng Ronald. The correct answer is POH HAO JIE. Although the union isnt official but official sources have declared that they are just sorting out the final details. Our best wishes to the couple.
